Message subject line formatting rules (e.g.):

   OFFER: 750GB Seagate hard drive
   PPU: 750GB Seagate hard drive (pending pick-up, same as offer subject)
   RECEIVED: 750GB Seagate hard drive (by 'buyer')
   TAKEN: 750GB Seagate hard drive (by 'seller')
   WANTED: 750GB Seagate hard drive
   ADMIN: (Used by Owners and Mods only for important information
           needing distribution to group members)

Message size limit is set to 300K.  Images should be scaled accordingly.
