Amazon is all automated, and you shouldn't rely on much of their
boilerplate. I've been really disappointed in the number of times
they've told me an item won't ship in time for an event unless I upgrade
the shipping and then it goes out that afternoon. Publication dates are
everyone's fault - the publisher creates dates and many times doesn't
update them, or they do update them and Amazon never updates the website.
